𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮: Appointments must be canceled at least 12 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨 in advance. If you are unable to cancel your appointment through the system it is within the cancellation window, please contact me if needed. In this case I will move your appointment to outside of operating hours in case it gets booked within that time. If your appointment time passes and it has not been booked by someone else you will be charged 60% of the service total. 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 & 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙡: If you modify your appointment by removing a service with less than 12 hours’ notice 𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 you will be charged 60% of the cost of the removed service. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪. With short notice, it is not possible to offer the service time to another client. 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮: Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes on average. If you arrive 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 10 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚, I will be unable to accommodate the appointment, and you will be charged the 60% cancellation fee. Please arrive 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 or earlier to ensure you recieve the full service! 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: There is ample parking available in the Regal Movie Theatre parking lot across the street.
